Your coach will start by analyzing your sleep, stress, diet and other areas to help get an idea of where we’re starting from. Then we will develop a plan of action to help improve each of the individual areas to improve all aspects of your personal wellness. Typically we like to lock down days and times that always work for you so that we know  we have that hour set aside for your training. Tough Fitness trainers will always as  flexible as possible when trying to work with your erratic schedule.

All Training is charged by the month in advance. I.e. (# of sessions per week x 4) 1 on 1 clients stay around an average of 12 months with Tough Fitness. This is a clear sign of the value we strive to provide every single day. The only discounts we offer is for
